Positive: The house is located in a picturesque location with good views of the river and mountains. The house was warm, there is a fireplace. The inside of the house and the surrounding area is very clean. There is a swimming pool, but I was traveling in late November and did not use it. There is a BBQ area with everything you need, I used it and made a great steak! There are several good hiking trails in the area. This was a perfect place for its cost, I'm satisfied =)
Negative: Comments (what is good to know): - The house is marked on google maps as Casa E.G. Pedras. - The first floor of a three-storey house was actually rented. - The caretaker/owner who greeted me did not speak English (however, I speak a little Portuguese, so this was not a problem). - The power went out once in 4 nights, but the caretaker/host quickly fixed it. - There is very little light in the house (dim bulbs). - There is one electrical socket in the kitchen for the microwave, toaster and coffee machine. - The refrigerator is hidden in a closet (I didn't find it right away))))) - The washing machine is in a separate utility room. - There are no windows in the bedrooms. - The wifi works well only in the bedroom. I had to set up a hot spot on my phone and use it as a repeater to have internet in the living room. - WOO mobile internet in the house practically does not work.
