Casa Dakota, located in jungle-laden mountains of southern Costa Rica’s Pacific coastline, is an ideal vacation villa for honeymooners, couples and parents that are searching for outstanding travel value in the tropics. Combining convenience and privacy -- the nearest stores and beaches are less than 15 minutes by car -- Casa Dakota features 2 bedrooms and 1 murphy bed, 1.5 bathrooms, a wraparound infinity swimming pool with bar, plenty of outdoor grilling, dining and lounging space, and a private entrance with parking. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed to stay at the house. In addition, there is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Combined with the cool ocean and mountain breezes, the temperature at Casa Dakota is pretty close to perfect. The infinity pool is fantastic. It wraps all the way across the front of the house and behind the bedroom wall. There’s a shallow end for kids, as well as plenty of deeper space to swim laps. A pair of sunken barstools offer a pinpoint location to soak in some sunshine while enjoying a frosty drink. The area is teeming with wildlife, so it’s normal to see toucans, parrots, hawks and maybe even monkeys while you’re chillin’ poolside. There are some really nice fishing spots nearby, so cooking up fresh catch is pretty simple on the built-in barbeque by the pool. Inside in the kitchen, there’s a large countertop for prepping and serving meals. The kitchen is fully equipt with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and blender. If you’re traveling with an additional guest or child, there is a pull-down Murphy bed in the living room, as well as a comfortable couch and sofa chair.
