Positive: The house was great, fully prepared for cooking, barbecue, entertaining kids and right next to the river where you could go for a swim.
Negative: Only downside is that there isn't much isolation between floors. That means I could hear my kids as soon as they got up in the morning on the floor above. The isolation from outside was perfectly fine.
