Casa da Cotovia with 4 bedrooms, swimming pool, parking and a fantastic view over the coast, is located in a high and quiet area of ​​Loulé which will certainly provide a pleasant and relaxed holiday.
This modern e fully equipped house consists of 4 bedrooms, all with private bathroom with shower, five bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a space for outdoor dining, a lounge area, a garden and a fantastic private pool with sun loungers and decorated with our typical olive trees.
The bedrooms, three with single beds and one with a double bed, all en suite, are all equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes and access to the outside.
In the common areas you will find the living room, kitchen with dining area, pantry, laundry room and one complete bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa, TV and access to the outside. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle. The washing machine is located in the laundry room.
The capacity is 8 people. For babies, we have a travel bed and high chair available upon request.
The house is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.
No parties or events are allowed.
LOULÉ TOURIST TAX - Please be advised that the tourist tax must be paid at check-in.
The Tourist Tax is applicable to people over the age of 15, and costs €2.00 per person/day for a maximum of 5 days of stay from April 1st to October 31st and €1 for stays between November 1st and March 31st.
Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.
We do not accept bookings from people under 25 years of age. A deposit of €500 will be requested and returned after checking the good condition of the house. If anything is damaged, the cost of repairing or replacing it will be deducted from the deposit.

Summary: We booked the villa on short notice and didn't know what to expect but upon arrival we realised the pictures did not do the Villa justice. The villa was much larger than expected with four large en-suite bedrooms. There was huge kitchen, dining area and lounge with a stairway to a balcony. The outside area is also spacious with a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day, a lovely pool and a driveway for as many cars as you'd need. We had a lovely relaxing ten day break at the villa and would definitely book again. The villa has only recently come on the market so there are some nice-to-haves missing (outdoor tables for the sun loungers for example). But the owners were very proactive and would have brought them if we had really needed them.
