Positive: The location is great, the house is clean, comfortable and well equiped. The view is stunning! It is colder there than in Porto, which is great, however during our stay there were few cloudy and rainy days (we were there in July).
Negative: 1. There is a light damp smell in the house, which wasn't a big problem for us, however can be problematic for a very sensitive person. 2. I highly recommend to take the longer way to reach the house (the asphalt one; if you have the river in front of you, you should reach the house from the right side). The one we took the first time was so terryfing for the drivers! Extremely steep. The host should share this info... 3. We were missing a good information from the host: about the waste segregation (we've finally learnt there were some containters in the neighborhood), local market (there is nothing like that, there is only a market full of chinese clothes etc.), good restaurants, places to go. Would be nice to share these basic info with guests. 4. The air conditioning is only in the living room and kitchen - should be written in the info.
