Our property, with 2. 000m², besides the main house for the guests, has a private swimming pool with a length of 12m and 5m width, tennis court (please bring your racquets and balls) and a chapel that celebrates Mass on Saturdays between 5pm and 6pm (guests are not bothered by people who go to mass because they enter through a door with a direct connection to the church).
The main house has a master suite with closet, 2 suits with double bed, 1 suite with single bed and 2 bedrooms with double beds served by one bathroom. It has also 2 living rooms, one big dinner room, one breakfast room, one TV room, one office room and a small room for children with some Lego and a minor tent, a laundry and a full equipped kitchen.
In winter, if you wish, we can lite the fireplace for you.
On the first 2 floors you have Wi-Fi and the TV has a lot of channels.
Espinho, where you can find the best fish restaurants, the beach where people surf, the casino, 2 golf courses, and an equestrian center.
The very well-known Oporto town it's about 15 minutes away by car.
Besides the above, there are other small details that you can enjoy like a game of croquet on the grass, to barbecue or to catch the 100% natural fruits of the season.

Summary: The property was an excellent example of old world elegance. In addition to the fine house were remains of a lemon grove and along the way to the chapel a pear orchard. We made use of the tennis courts and the pool. Overall we were very pleased to with our stay. The only negative were the mosquitos. Electrical mosquito repellents and screens are a suggestion. Jose was a gracious host.
