Positive: The whole process from the beginning to the end was stress free. Enzo the owner has great communication skills and gave us clear step by step instructions. The apartment was located on the first floor with a pool view. The apt was very clean and well-equipped. The bed very comfortable and the room temp was cool. The apt comes with air con and tv. Furnished to a good standard there's plenty of space. The bathroom was in modern decor, offering a large shower and plenty of hot water. Kichen was well equipped with hob, microwave and washer. Balcony had a table 2 chairs and a built in seating area. Great space to relax and enjoy a drink or two. Enzo was the perfect host, keeping us upto date and responded to our queries very quickly. Would I stay here again? Definitely. The location of the apartments is great, supermarket underneath the block, 3 mins walk to the Yumbo Center and the bus stops about the same.
