Casa Colibri is a luxurious open-concept villa located in the prestigious gated community of Esterillos Estates. The community features cobblestone roads, breathtaking views, as well as 24/7 security. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is sure to exceed your every expectation.
A member of the 506 Property Management team will greet you in the town of Esterillos Oeste and escort you to the grand entrance of Esterillos Estates. From there you will pass through the gates and continue along the winding cobblestone roads to your rental location. A covered carport will fit 2 vehicles and there is ample room on the street for any additional parking that may be required. A 506 team member will then give you a full tour of your jungle oasis and answer any questions you may have.
The interior contains stunning architectural design features and a cathedral ceiling that you will have to see to believe. The ample windows bring in tons of natural light and make you feel like you are one with nature. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and comes complete with its own full ensuite as well as a massive walk-in closet. The Primary ensuite even contains a jetted soaker tub and we have Starlink Wi-Fi for your comfort.

The dining room easily accommodates 8 and additional seating is available at the eating bar.
The living room boasts plush seating a large flat-screen television which is connected to SKY TV.
This large open concept home ensures that you are never out of touch with family or friends.
Outside, enjoy a coffee while suntanning on the patio, or take a dip in the beautiful infinity-edge pool. The property comes equipped with a gas BBQ so you can continue to enjoy the natural surroundings while you grill. Cozy lounge chairs are also provided on the patio if you wish to just sprawl out and relax
With no immediate neighbors, you will enjoy complete privacy, surrounded only by the lush tropical rainforest and its natural inhabitants ( butterflies, hummingbirds, monkeys, sloths, etc...) which frequent the property.

Summary: We loved the house, it had everything you could need and was very comfortable. We had many wildlife visitors including coati, multiple types of birds, cappuchan and squirrel monkeys and of course the resident iguanas. We did have issues with the internet which was slow when it actually worked. The patio and pool areas could have used some shade as it got brutally hot (make sure you wear shoes going from the house to the pool)
