Positive: Host sent details for entry key, etc. ahead of time, with clear instructions and all keys nicely colour-coded, though the padlock for the parking area was very stiff. Neighbourhood was not far from the centre. The house was very well equipped - kitchen, drinking water, fans and A/C. Beds were comfortable.
