Casa Catalina is a beautiful colonial home designed by two of San Miguel's finest architects. With its beautiful gardens, large terrace, warm colonial colors and tasteful furnishings, Casa Catalina provides the perfect surroundings for relaxing and entertaining.
The home has a fabulous kitchen, three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and roomy closet, a study, four fireplaces, a living room and a great room. The home includes a cook, housekeeper, and a gardener, who keep Casa Catalina impeccably clean. The home also includes a modern ultra violet filtration system for water purification.
This colonial gem was designed with charm, tranquility and privacy in mind. As soon as you walk through the antique wooden entry doors, you can feel the home’s incredible energy. You’re greeted by the sound of a trickling fountain and a charming courtyard with lush greenery that provides a striking contrast against a beautiful stone wall. Just ahead the home beckons, with its warm colonial colors, high ceilings, and tasteful furnishings.
The colonial kitchen opens to an informal family room where you can enjoy meals with friends and family, or watch a movie or listen to a favorite CD. You can sit in the patio just off the kitchen for a relaxing breakfast or lunch prepared by Casa Catalina’s delightful cook.
The three bedrooms upstairs provide comfort and privacy, each with its own full bathroom, closet, and TV for private time. All beds have non allergenic pillows, and clean, seasonal covers.
The study provides quiet time if you need to work, with a high speed, wireless internet connection, and a separate, dedicated telephone with a U.S. phone number for FREE unlimited calls to/from the U.S. and Canada.
The study is also a nice place curl up with a good book, while enjoying the natural light and breeze from the windows that overlook patios on either side.
In the afternoon the terrace is inviting for a gathering of friends for aperitifs, while you enjoy the sounds of San Miguel as they fill the air—church bells, birds, music, and fun.
