This little gem is located on the seafront in the town of Son Serra de la Marina. Casa Calma is an apartment with a colorful and cheerful style, very Mediterranean. But its greatest success is undoubtedly its spectacular covered terrace of 25 m2 right at the foot of the Bay of Alcudia. Furnished with a sofa and a dining area with table and chairs, it is ideal to make the most of it, reading, resting, eating and dining or simply contemplating the most beautiful sunrises of the island. It has sliding doors to leave it completely closed so it is suitable to live it in any season of the year. Another terrace, at the front, of about 10 m2 with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers is perfect for sunbathing. It also has a gas barbecue with volcanic stones. The third terrace, with shower, is located in the lower part, just at the entrance.
In the basement of the house you will find at your disposal 2 bicycles to enjoy quiet walks in the surroundings of the village. It is also a perfect place to store your luggage or your own bicycles.
