The apartment is located on the first floor of a very quiet building, reachable by stairs or lift.
The building has a very convenient access ramp for cars as it allows the unloading and loading of luggage directly on the access landing to the building, which is very convenient especially with children or elderly people and during rain or snow.
The very particular position will allow you to completely skip the long queues that form in the village every day when you return from the slopes using the back road that starts from the refuge / restaurant "La Capannina" and comes out just behind the house.

The area where our house is located is very quiet but at the same time strategic as it allows you to be in the noise of the city center in 5 minutes but to enjoy that fantastic and deep night silence that only the mountains can give.

The center of the village can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The ice rink is 5 minutes away by car and 20 minutes on foot. There is a small chair lift right below the apartment within walking distance. For the Aremogna slopes you need a car or other vehicle; nearby there is the alpine camp. The apartment is located in the "umbrella" area.
