Positive: Nice location, perfect distance from the coast, promenade and restaurants. Ideal for those who appreciate silence. Joggers will be delighted, as the jogging friendly promenade is right next to the apartment. The availability of underground parking is a plus as parking in the city is limited.
Negative: Only one set of keys. This made the logistics and planning of activities with my friends more difficult.
