Casa Breeza by Salty Stays is a beautiful, new and stylish home with four bedrooms (two with ensuites) centrally located Noosa Heads. Walk to Hastings St and main beach Surf Club in under 15 minutes.

Very well appointed throughout with high standard appliances and fittings, including a Nespresso Coffee Machine and for winter a cozy slow combustion fireplace with a load of wood provided. Air Conditioned throughout (added November2021). The house is built with 3 levels - garage below, mid level lounge - kitchen - dining - pool - two bedrooms and upper level with two bedrooms and study. There are several sets of stairs so please bear this in mind for older and younger guests.
Fantastic kitchen with excellent auxiliaries, lots of quality cooking items, very well provisioned and organised - cooks will enjoy themselves here !

The outlook is leafy, with view to Noosa River from the upper level.
Bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of room for a family to spread out in and for children to play, indoors our outside. Off the lounge area a large covered outdoor area with dining table and chairs adjacent to the pool is ideal for all weather dining. A large gas beefeater style bbq is on the alfresco deck. The back yard is fully fenced and pets are allowed on application.
From the house via pedestrian walkways and side streets it is an easy 12-15 minute walk to Hastings St Surf Club and main beach.
