As the "Signature Estate in Gold Canyon," families and business groups alike give 5-stars to our gated 13,000 sqft Spanish Colonial mansion, surrounded by 10 acres with an irrigated natural grass lawn and fenced dog park. Even during the winter, guests will enjoy a 50,000 GALLON, HEATED WATER PARK with 4 pools, spa, diving board, jet slide and casita-style pool house with full kitchen, outdoor grill, bar, bathroom, TV and fully integrated sound system.
The space
After dining indoors in the plush 12-seat dining room with crystal chandelier and 10’ marble table, guests will retire to a luxurious screening room, seating up to 20, projecting 4k video on a 151” screen with 2 side monitors, 16 speakers and a Sony Playstation. The estate has 5 bedrooms and 3 suites (two with Jacuzzies and private balconies), 3 grills and 6 gathering spaces. All 11 televisions feature Apple TV and DirecTV, with access to two 1gb Mediacom wifi networks and a $100,000 security / pool / home automation system.

Gold Canyon is 35 minutes and 1 traffic light from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport or 20 minutes (and 3 lights) from Mesa Gateway Airport. Low-density streets and 500' higher elevation than Phoenix entices walkers and joggers to our safe and clean neighborhoods. Four golf courses are within 15 minutes of our driveway. For shopping, Costco is 20 minutes away and the liquor store is 5 minutes. Emergency care is 5 minutes away, while world-famous hospitals of Banner MD Anderson and the Mayo Clinic are less than an hour distant.
