CASA BLANCA is one of those special properties, tastefully decorated in an understated chic beach style, think Cap Cod decor, where the neutral palette frames the beach and garden vista.
CASA BLANCA has been in the same family for over 20 years and was once a humble bach before a major renovation in 2004 transformed the family abode into an entertainers delight. Large Cedar shutters and floor to ceiling glazed doors slide to create shelter, shade and privacy. An indoor fireplace provides a cozy space in winter.
Enter directly into an open plan living/dining space with bleached white timber floors and a well equipped kitchen. 3 generous queen bedrooms, big bathroom and separate laundry complete the downstairs. Upstairs is the Master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Another queen bedroom shares the view overlooking the lawn out to sea.
After a swim rinse off under the outdoor shower and just when you thought you had seen it all there is a quirky Caboose nestled amongst the trees at the front of the property. The converted train carriage can provide additional sleeping quarters for up to 3 people with its own bathroom. Send enquiry for additional costs.
This hidden gem provides a perfect base to visit world class vineyards and restaurants or explore stunning coastal walks with family and friends, or simply relax and read a book.

Strictly no parties. Not suitable for Hen/Stag stays. House is in a quiet residential area and we ask that guests are respectful of our neighbours. Music off 10pm. Property Manager lives next door.
