Summary: Although a beautiful property and well located, we had issues since day one. It was very hard to communicate with the property manager and get timely resolution. On first day the AC and the remote did not work and one of the remotes was missing a battery. It was unbearably hot and when complained they said they can only come fix it the next day which they did not come. We were promised to get a credit for the first night but never happened. Although the AC situation got finally resolved by ourselves we encountered more issues without any care from the property manager. The shower drain was not working efficiently so, water would come out of the shower if you open it to the full. Once they were advised and came to repair it they managed to get the bathroom sliding door stuck so for 3 days we didn’t have a closed bathroom and they never came to fix it. The apartment is advertised to accommodate 4 people but it really is too small with one bathroom that opens from the bedroom (imagine that one bathroom without a door!). The apartment is really equipped as a rental. It was missing many essential equipment specially in the kitchen. Would not recommend to more than 2 and if you’d like to use the kitchen to prepare meals.
