Lots of bright sunshine and shutters for those who want to sleep in.
Enjoy your own oasis with a saltwater pool and lounge poolside with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains all around you. Grill up your favorite meal on the BBQ while those enjoy a conversation on not 1 but 2 patio tables under the covered patio. If you want to cool off, turn on the patio ceiling fan or open up an umbrella!
The kitchen has lots of prep space and large enough for many to cook that holiday meal. Enjoy the retro counter appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. For those who don’t cook but clean, wash dishes with Mountain Views!

Private Pool heat is NOT included. Add Pool heat for an additional $50/night plus processing/admin fee. Community Pool w/HOA heats pool only during cooler months.
Property FEE- $35/night for the month of June 1-Sep 30 and $50/night from Oct 1-May31. The remainder will be due within 48hrs of booking if quoted less than the rates above.
Home Sleeps 4 guests including children in your "Nightly Rate" but can accommodate up to 6 guests including children with an additional fee. This fee it will include an air mattress, linens, towels, and extra cleaning. Air Mattress is NOT included unless paid for.
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out- we can NOT accommodateany last-minute late check out's or in's unless paid for in advance.We try to ensure our homes are presented in the most best form, and with this the cleaners know they have till 4pm on arrival day to get home ready. Homes could get any last min bookings so our time frames are "set" unless paid for.So if you are considering a either a late check out(5pm) or early check in (10am), please arrange this promptly. The cost is 1/2 a nightly plus fees, taxes and processing.
All Festival Bookings will require a larger refundable damage deposit due within 48hrs of booking, this is mandatory and has no exceptions.
