Terraced house with independent entrance and free parking in a strategic position:
- beginning of the city center, Porta Camollia, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot;
- Le Scotte Hospital: 3 minutes by car;
- train and suburban bus station: 10 minutes on foot;
- GSK: 5 minutes on foot;
- PAM and COOP supermarket and supermarket: 2 minutes by car.
The apartment is spread over several levels and includes:
- on the ground floor: double living room with French windows leading onto exclusive courtyard, large bright and welcoming kitchen equipped with everything you need, bathroom with bathtub and utility room equipped with washing machine and laundry. The kitchen leads to the built-in barbecue in the garden.
- on the first floor: two bright and welcoming double bedrooms and bathroom with shower box.
- on the second floor: 50 sqm attic OPEN SPACE which leads to two terraces overlooking the Sienese countryside. The attic is furnished with two double beds, a fouton bed for two and an ottoman / single bed. A large and modern bathroom with shower enclosure completes the space.
In each room you will find a FAN to brighten up the hottest summer days.
