Positive: If you want the quiet Ibiza then this is a lovely spot. Totally agree with the previous reviewer, you definitely need a car for this location. It’s got lovely beaches nearby (one accessed by the hotel opposite is more of a cove, Cala Vadella is the best sandy beach and Cali Molí is not far to walk but pebbly/rocky). El Silencio is the restaurant/bar at Cala Molí. We had a great experience with food and cocktails but it is expensive!
Negative: The lack of air conditioning was the only real negative for us.
Summary: Awesome apartment. Great views and spacious. Lovely, quiet spot in Ibiza which is what we wanted.
