Polished concrete floors on the lower level and rosewood and travertine marble on the upper level keeps you cool on a sultry summer afternoon. An updated and fully equipped kitchen comes with granite counters and bar seating for 4 with an indoor dining table to seat 6 for family mealtime. Adjoining the kitchen is an open concept living area featuring cozy furnishings, a flat screen TV and views through the floor to ceiling sliding doors of the lush backyard area making this a great indoor/outdoor space to be enjoyed for entertaining. An additional table for 4 is located in the center of the home for card games or your happy hour before a night out on the town. Youtube TV service is available in this home.
