Casa Amarillo | House in Loreto

3 Bedroom House in Nopolo, Loreto
If you love nature, great food, quiet or activities, with all the conveniences, luxury, spa and so much more, this property is for you and the family. If you like to walk, golf, KAYAKING, swim, stay poolside, hike, fish, boat, shop, relax and more, you will appreciate the area. Mi case is a luxury villa, looking Sierra de Gigantic Mountains. You can watch the sunset from the terrace. How about a fountain in a lush courtyard?
This 3 bedroom home has all amenities to make your stay a pleasant one. There is a large terrace located just off the second floor bedroom suite, with a seating area and lounge chairs, and a built-in gas BBQ grill. Enjoy a truly unique Mexican vacation that can be shared with friends and family. Currently Fall 2021, there is construction to the west and south of the house. This is projected to be completed April 2023. Workers can’t start before 8am or after 5pm. Saturday no workers after 1pm and no work all day Sunday.
Why rent a room or condo when you, your family and friends can relax and enjoy an entire private villa? Walk to the pool or beach. Maybe spend time at the community coffee shop, an evening glass of wine or cocktail at the Wine Cellar, dinner at 5 restaurants (as of April, 2022 and less in the summer), or a dinner invitation from new friends. Two Small markets on property with reasonable prices for essentials and fresh fruits and vegetables.

The historic Mision of Loreto, one of 83 towns throughout MX designated "Pueblo Magico," is just 8 KM from the property, with shops, restaurants, a walking malecon, and the marina where you can rent a pang. Depart for a day trip to white sand beaches of Isla Coronado, a trip to Isla Carmen and tour the old salt mine town, maybe a festival. Just 32 KM from Hwy 1 take a trip to San Javier in the mountains. Go south to Puerto Escondido for a lovely dinner and sunset. Go north to the palm oasis town of Mulege.
If it is whale season (mid Jan-March 31 annually) go to the UNESCO town of San Ignacio for an overnight trip to see the Gray Whales and their calves. Go south to Puerto Mateo to see the grays. Or stay in Loreto and watch for the giant Blue Whales, the largest mammal on the planet, my favorite. You might also see a Pilot, Sperm or Orca Whale.
