The perfect place for an unforgettable holiday. The villa offers single storey accommodation, comprising of one double and two twin bedded rooms all with large en-suite facilities. It has a spacious lounge area with large sofas, fireplace, bookcase, side tables and IPTV TV/DVD. Patio doors lead to poolside terrace and provide splendid views. There is also a separate dining area with table and chairs to seat eight persons including alfresco dining facility in the enclosed courtyard accessed from side patio doors. The kitchen is fully equipped including cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A separate laundry room with a washing machine. The property has air conditioning. The large pool terrace is private, gated and spacious with electric sun canopy for optional shade. Table, chairs and sun loungers are provided. The new retiled pool (2016) 10m x 5m swimming pool offers a shallow and deep end (1,5m) with roman steps. A built in BBQ with seating area is situated adjacent to the pool area. This with pool terrace lighting provides the perfect relaxation after a day soaking up the sun or playing golf. The pool terrace is completely gated from the garden area and the garden area is completely enclosed The roof terrace also provides extra space for relaxation with splendid sea and garden views. Private extensive gardens surround the property with a variety of shrubs and fruit trees. The front of the villa is gated with private parking.
