Summary: A great place to stay with a great host. The apartment is just a few miles from the coast and so it was a few degrees cooler and therefore much more pleasant than down on the main resorts. It also has amazing views of the coast. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped. We enjoyed using the gardens around the apartment and the good sized swimming pool. The El Cobijo restaurant and the Bar Gela are both within an easy walk of the apartment. The apartment was well placed for getting to all the south west tourist attractions by car. You do need a car to get around though. Cristian, the host, booked us on an amazing whale watching yacht excursion, which was not crowded like some of the other boats that we saw. All together it was a great location for a self catering, independent holiday away from the crowds.
