Casa Alegria is a beautiful eight-person villa, built in 2022, with a large private 8 x 4-meter pool, located in the quiet and upscale villa neighborhood of Sabalpalm.
The villa is near the small but popular sandy Bachelor's Beach and on the road to Sorobon, with its beautiful white beaches and the possibility of windsurfing.The spacious layout, large pool and soothing decor make our guests feel right at home here.
Ideal layout for multiple families
Because of its layout and the separate apartment, the villa is very suitable for several families or groups of friends, while maintaining privacy.
The four bedrooms, including the one in the apartment, all have air conditioning and ample closet space. Three bedrooms have double king-size box springs and one bedroom has two single box springs. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. In addition, each bedroom has an adjoining private terrace with a cozy seating area, where our guests can retire in peace.
Generous, well-equipped kitchen
Casa Alegria is furnished in such a way that each guest can enjoy the house to the fullest. The living room features a large sofa and television that guests can use their own Netflix account on if they wish.The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas stove and a large American refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is large enough for everyone and therefore lends itself perfectly to the chefs among our guests.
Seamless transition from inside to outside
The owners and designers of Casa Alegria have successfully tried to make as little distinction between outside and inside as possible. The sliding doors in the living room and kitchen and the large covered terrace outside, ensure that inside and outside blend seamlessly. On the terrace is a beautiful large table with eight lovely chairs, a barbecue and a lounge sofa where you can quietly wake up in the shade, or just doze off. In the months when there is less wind on Bonaire, fans above the dining table and lounge offer the necessary cooling.
For sun lovers, there are lovely sun beds at the ready! For cooling, there is the large swimming pool, with a convenient sitting edge. A magnapool system has been chosen, which is known for its beneficial therapeutic effects on health and is also much better for skin and hair, than traditional chlorinated pools.
On the side of the house is a large sink where any diving, kite or windsurfing equipment can be rinsed out.
Due to amplifiers at several points, there is good wi-fi coverage everywhere in and around the house.
Apartment with great view
Next to the spacious house is an apartment on the second floor. This has a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom with a double king-size box spring, has an en-suite bathroom, as do all the other bedrooms in the house. From both the living room and the bedroom there is access to the terrace which offers a beautiful wide view of the wild nature and in the distance the salt pans and the azure sea along the southwest coast of Bonaire. We will open up the apartment only for bookings of 7 or 8 guests or equivalent rates.
