The stone property dates back to the 1700s and is surrounded by a large olive grove, and a beautiful lawn which includes the relax area and the swimming pool, 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.2-1.5 metres, an outdoor shower, Jacuzzi (3 metres by 3), a furnished gazebo, a loggia with a table perfect for outdoor breakfasts, a stonework barbecue and a ping pong table. The stone house has been completely restored whilst maintaining its original charm: the rustic characteristics, such as the old cotto flooring and the wood beams on the ceilings have been preserved. The electric and water facilities are quite new, as is the air conditioning. The ground floor features a large, bright living room with satellite TV and fireplace, separated from the dining room with an arch, with direct access to the terrace which has a large table, ideal for outdoor meals with a view, a large, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning each with private bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 beds adjoining with one double bedroom, both with air conditioning, one bathroom with bathtub. The fitness room and washing room, with washing machine and sink, round up this floor.
