Positive: Great space, very roomy for a family, comprehensive kitchen. Two full bathrooms were great for a group. Stones throw to an excellent restaurant, Surfside Pizza which had all kinds of very pleasing food. Nice neighborhood, liked the neighbors! Mermaid decor is charming. 2500 steps to the private section of beach with locked entry.
Negative: Some grit on second bed and underneath it. We cleaned it up, no further issue.
Summary: Nice value, lots of room, short walk to the beach!
