Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Staying Condo is a plus and the only way my family and I will travel. We cook our own meals.
Negative: The check in staff (Msnager) looked right over me and thought she was going to help another family before me. I had been standing for awhile so I sat down still waiting to be checked in. The manager had came to the front desk several times. She had made eye contact with me several times but she never offered to hep me or even ask if she could. Then she went to the back and came out with another person. Walked them outside, came back in to the front counter. Still never ask or acknowledge me or my family. Then this white family came in to chk in. She immediately ask to help them get checked in. So I walked up beside the family and said I was next. Did she wanted to pretend she never saw me there waiting. After I pointed out things she had been doing to just overlook me. She attempted to apologize but I wasn't trying to hear that.
Summary: Condo living was Epic. Check-in staff/Manager wasn't so great
