NOTE: 31 day minimum rental. A beautiful Victorian home, back unit, renovated. As you enter the gate and stroll down the garden path, you will arrive at a raised porch overlooking the rear yard with double French door entry.
Upon entering the 1250 square foot home, you will receive treats and wine to enjoy. A fully equipped, modern, kitchenette, and a family room with large screen television are located on this level. The full sofa bed is located here. Additionally on this level is a master size bath with mirrored vanity and walk in shower. This lower area may be locked off as a second bedroom, creating a ensuite setting. Atop the staircase you will find a home office/family room complete with printer, lite office supplies, and large screen tv. There is a fold-down sofa sleeper located in this family room area. Just off the upper home office/family room is the primary king bed suite, complete with walk-in closet and attached full bath with walk-in shower. The space feels like a comfortable two bedroom, split-level, home and sleeps 3 adults.
The home is fully equipped for cooking dinner as well as a work-at-home environment with high speed internet. The space is bright and filled with modern touches including central heating and air conditioning, zoned separately for upstairs and downstairs living comfort. The large porch with seating overlooks the two massive redwood trees and rear garden. There is a double chaise lounge with canopy, outdoor dining table seating six, as well as a wine barrel tasting table. This is a very comfortable home designed for long term stays of 31 days or more.

Summary: The rental was in a great location, we were able to walk to restaurants and the downtown area. The backyard was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, the upstairs couch was not too comfortable. Overall a very good rental.
