Near midtown, downtown, Emory, Buckhead. 5 minute walk to Piedmont Park. No parties. No smoking/vaping anywhere on property inside or outside. No firearms. There’s construction happening on the lot next door as a new home is being built. The official work hours are Monday–Saturday, 7am to 7pm. That said, our experience so far has been that they usually start later, finish earlier, and haven't been working on weekends. Thankfully, the noise has been minimal and the activity pretty sporadic—it hasn’t felt disruptive.
We just wanted to be transparent and make sure you’re aware. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns!

Summary: What a delightful place to stay while visiting my son and daughter-in-law for a few day. The location is perfect as it was quaint and in a very safe location. I was worried I might be nervous staying alone, but that was not the case.The carriage house gave me plenty of privacy and was stocked with everything I needed, especially the need for coffee!!! The place was spacious and had a full kitchen for cooking. The bed was so comfy. I definitely would stay here again. If you book this place you won’t be disappointed.
