During the winter months of December through early March, the city places a sand berm on the beach, blocking the view but not the sound of the waves or the warm sunshine.
The first thing you'll want to do before you even unpack is to step out onto the private deck, soak in the views, and say to yourself; this is living! You'll enjoy lounging away the days watching the spectacular Carpinteria sunrise and sunsets.
The living room has a leather sofa, lazy boy, big screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The sliding glass door leads right out to the spacious patio with chaise lounge chairs, table, bench seating, umbrella and ocean views.
The kitchen has all full-size appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, and disposal. The bathroom has a walk-in tile and glass shower.
