Looking to get away from it all and enjoy some relaxation? This is the perfect place for your next vacation! All the comforts of home but with spectacular views off the direct oceanfront private balcony. This oceanfront 1-bedroom unit is located along the highly sought-after Waccamaw Boulevard in Garden City, SC- close enough to walk to local restaurants and attractions without being in the thick of the crowds. This is a 3rd floor queen suite at Carolina Shores II in Garden City Beach, SC. This oceanfront 1-bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 queen beds in the bedroom. The bedroom also offers a closet space for storage. The living room is the most relaxing area of the apartment. This space features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, love seat, TV with basic cable, complimentary WIFI, balcony access, and so much more. Also located in the living area, guests will find a twin bunk bed. The twin bunk beds will comfortably sleep 1 guest in each, ultimately allowing this unit to accommodate a total of 6 guests. In addition to the beautiful living space, this condo has its own private balcony with table and chairs from which past guests have enjoyed spotting dolphins and watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The private bathroom features an oversized mirror and vanity, toilet, and a tub/shower combo. The kitchen features a full size fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you need to cook a small meal! A coffee maker is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. Seating at the island and bar are available. For guests who prefer to dine out, Garden City and Murrells Inlet have hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well. All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also provided for your use as well. Our guests will enjoy an outdoor pool at the resort. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to work with you! Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the condo AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained and other charges may apply. Carolina Shores II does not allow trailers. Motorcycles are permitted. .
