The home offers multiple views of Carolina Lake from inside and out! Includes a greatroom with ample eating, kitchen with modern amenities and eat-at bar, relaxing bedrooms for your comfort, all at a location merely steps from the beach!
3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths.
Maximum Occupancy: 8.
Bed Sizes: King, Queen, 2 Twin Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa in living area. The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised sleeping spaces and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (sleeper sofa is not typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy. • Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom.
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Keurig coffee maker.
4 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps.
Wireless internet access.
Deck areas with furniture overlooking Carolina Lake.
Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. Public Beach Access at the beginning of Atlanta Ave is less than 700 feet away!
Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Two small dogs under 30 lbs. allowed with paid pet rent of $25.00 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During Labor Day to Memorial Day: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During Memorial Day to Labor Day: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be within a Sunday-Sunday timeframe.

Summary: The lake house is beautiful and is in the perfect location. We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted. The house itself was very clean with the exception of a dirty blender and some utensils (no biggie). We normally stay beach front, so walking to the beach was something new for us. Thankfully it's a very short walk, so not a deterrent to staying here again. Some of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen needed some TLC, but the granite countertops and large island were a nice touch. We loved the large deck overlooking the lake and spent many evenings listening to the frogs while we had cocktails! The city is in the beginning stages of dredging the lake, so we would have liked to have known this information ahead of time. We may have booked the week prior. Still, we saw turtles, leaping fish and mama goose with her goslings every morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this property. We would not hesitate staying here again!
