Positive: Tremendous location. Everything we needed was there; beach towels, chairs, toys, outdoor shower, all the amenities, kitchen utensils, etc. We rented bikes and road all around IOP and Sullivan's Island. Great food and drink nearby, close to Fort Moultrie, lighthouse, The Windjammer, et al
Negative: We didn't have any issues with the neighboring party in the duplex (nor they with us) but it would be much preferrable to be in a place that's totally exclusive. The trade-off, of course, was this made staying on the Isle Of Palms much more affordable
Summary: Near the beach and having a blast with family!
