It's Spring in Sonoma! Completed a landscape refresh to enhance our resort and the pool is heated and ready to enjoy. Join us! Newly rebuilt bungalow, remodeled pool and beautifully landscaped property. Comfortable, curated interiors where you can truly relax and unwind. Located in the Carneros wine growing appellation, we are conveniently situated close to Sonoma square, wineries, activities with easy access to Napa. Our Country locations with vines, horses and views, popular for walking and cyclist. The 1,000 sq ft remodel has an open living room, gourmet kitchen and dining area. 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. A private, peaceful and relaxing large fenced yard, heated pool, and large covered deck. Cozy, luxurious and modern.
Each bedroom has a queen bed with Italian linens, ceiling fans, closet or armoire, nightstands and dresser. Back bedroom has TV on wall and views.
Gourmet Kitchen includes, Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer, six burner gas range with oven, dishwasher. All-Clad stainless cookware, Drip Coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, blender, Insta Pot, waffle iron and hand mixer. Washer and gas dryer, iron.
Towels for baths, pool and kitchen
Backyard deck overlooks the pool and private yard, and on to the Carneros hills. Deck has seating area and dining table for 6. Large heated pool with automatic cover, salt system (low chlorine), chaise lounges, Dining Pavilion with teak dining table, gas BBQ. Side garden of herbs and seasonal vegetables to enjoy. Plenty of off road parking.
