A beautifully appointed first floor unit with quality bedding, towels and Sanctum toiletries. It sleeps four guests in two queen size beds. There are two foldaway beds for children. The lounge is very comfortable with free to air TV Foxtel and Netflix, a small library and board games. There are two kayaks, two bikes and two stand up paddle boards for the guests to use. If I have little visitors I have some bikes. It is a private gated area which is perfect for young children and dogs. In the morning sit out on the large deck and enjoy your coffee in the tropical garden with the sun filtering through the trees. After cooking a sumptuous barbecue you can enjoy your dinner alfresco or in the dining room. Carmel by the Sea is an easy walk into town all of two minutes or walk down to the surf beach or to Torakina for the gentle waves. I walk through the park and swim at the river which is 50metres away, and yes we are still swimming in June on beautiful days. There is an outdoor shower in the courtyard for your convenience. Guests have their own private entrance. I live on the premises with my Daughter, Son in law and their beautiful son. We love having guests come and stay and enjoying the beautiful town of Brunswick Heads which we call paradise.
