Summary: Property inside is excellent. Advert claims a sauna, wedding facilities, snooker and pool in the 'complex'. Reality is it is a 1st floor flat of a converted terrace house. Staircase is full of weeds. Next door is a building site. Owner says advert is wrong. Bit late as i had already booked. Facilities are unconnected establishments nearby. Very disappointed.
