Nestled on lower Boarwalk, this home is just minutes from the beach and all of the conveniences of this one-of-a-kind lake community. This home features a well-appointed first-floor primary bedroom that will be perfect for resting after a night out at The Meeting House or Mama Tigs Pizzarie. Two bedrooms upstairs, jack and jill bathroom plus a tv room with pull out full couch.
Enjoy the newly designed backyard- with turf, yard games, fire pit, pinic table and more! Another great feature of the home is the front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or wine at night.

Summary: This is a really nice property. Very clean inside. Great location on the boardwalk, which is very central to the beach, restaurants, etc. Property had all the needed linens and a fully stocked kitchen. It was decorated for the season, which was a nice and unexpected touch. The only areas of improvement I have were that the VRBO listing shows more queen beds than are available in this property. The property pictures are representative, but the listing details show more beds than exist. There was also some poison ivy in the backyard near the fence that hopefully the property managers can have removed.
