Positive: The location of this property is great, close to cafes, restaurants etc. The reason we chose this property.
Negative: It is listed as a Heritage property, however, for a rental property, it requires a lot of maintenance. Too many old and broken items and fixtures. It is a lot smaller than the photos depict. The beds were not good, not supportive allowing sinking in the middle of the mattresses. It would be good to have some washing up detergent to use, and more hand/bath soap. The small outside patio garden was dirty and garden unkempt. The entrance also untidy and dirty.
Summary: It is listed as a Heritage property, however for a rental property, it requires a lot of maintenance
