Fabulous sunrises and sunsets await you from the lanai of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Carlos Pointe. Located on the south end of the island, this condo offers beautiful views of Lovers Key State Park, Big Carlos Pass and the Gulf of Mexico from your screened in lanai. Immaculate and beautifully decorated, this fully furnished, second floor inside corner vacation condo features tile and carpet, private washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and free WiFi. You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on your lanai. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining. The lanai is your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh air! The living area is tastefully decorated. It's the perfect place for everyone to watch movies on the flat screen TV, play board games, read a book or for just quiet contemplation. The master bedroom's restful decor will ensure a great night's rest on the queen bed- but also has a TV if you're looking for a late night program. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a full private guest bath. The beachfront pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days with great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park. There are patio lounge areas, a clubhouse with library, a social room with table tennis and kitchen facilities, covered lounge areas, secured lobby entry, elevators and trash chutes. Once you walk out to the beach you can walk in either direction - south will take you to Lovers Key State Park (abounding in nature walks and shelling on the beach). You can also walk north to Times Square (although you might want to drive - it's quite a way) - there are shops, restaurants and all the activities the island has to offer. Santini Plaza is north of Carlos Pointe by about a mile and also offers shops and restaurants to satisfy any palate. *Please note the blue lounge chairs on the beach are a private concessionaire and not included in the Carlos Pointe resort amenities.
