Do you need a romantic get away at the beach, or are you traveling with friends or family and would prefer your own private oasis? Welcome to Cloud Nine, the perfect luxury couples retreat! Cloud Nine was designed by renowned Gulf Coast architecht Gary Justiss in 1998. It is a beautifully decorated home and has been immaculately maintained. Upstairs at Cloud Nine, you will find an open and inviting living area. The living room offers comfortable and stylish furniture, which was just replaced for the 2017 season, a 40' flat screen HDTV, Comcast cable, premium sound system, DVD player, iPod docking station and a 200 disc CD player, already loaded with CDs. The house is wired with wi-fi and a color printer is available for your convenience. Off of the living room, you will find a beautiful covered balcony, surrounded by palm trees with a teak table and 4 chairs. Sitting on the balcony with the palms swaying, enjoying a meal or a drink, is one of the many highlights of Cloud Nine! The bedroom area offers a 32' flat screen HDTV and is also connected to the DVD player in the living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and everything you will need to be right at home. The bathroom features a beautiful, fully tiled shower. All linens are provided. Downstairs, you will find a fully enclosed outdoor shower, which is wonderful when coming in from the beach. The water pressure in this shower is awesome and having an extra shower available to you is always handy. Adjoining the outdoor shower is the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and extra storage space for your clothes or other items. In the front of the property, surrounded by palms and oleanders, you will find a beautiful pergola with a swing waiting for you! At Cloud Nine, you are literally steps away from the Gulf! Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided with your rental during the season (March 1 - Oct 15). Carillon Beach is a gated community and a beautiful and very special place. The architecture of the homes and common areas is second to none on the Gulf. Once you are inside, it's like being in your own little slice of heaven. There are NO public roads running through Carillon Beach. Unlike Rosemary Beach or SeaSide, there is no 30-A traffic or crowds to contend with. The beaches are beautiful, wide and not crowded. There are 3 pools available to you (one heated), including a Gulf front pool with a stunning view. Other ammenities include two tennis courts, kiddie pool, basketball court and a downtown area that hosts live music during the summer, movies on the green, a wine bar, sports bar with a casual restaurant, coffee shop, general store, bike rentals, non-denominational chapel and more. Outside the gates of Carillon Beach, you will find Publix, Winn-Dixie, CVS and other necessities just a 1/4 mile away. Scenic 30-A is 1 mile to the west and offers many great restaurants, shopping, golf and other quaint beach communities. Getting to Cloud Nine is now easier than ever with the opening of our new airport, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) and the services of Delta and SouthWest, just a short 20 minute drive away.
