This will be the perfect place to unwind after a day spent on the water. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and a double sofa bed in this unit. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom and tubs in the guest bedrooms.
Parking pass are not included and must be purchased upon arrival at the resort.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this rental before; this was our third time. We like the view, but this year we realized that they are not interested in maintaining the property. For the last 2 years, we have asked them to fix the squeaking ceiling fan in the front turquoise bedroom. After 3 years, it is still not fixed. Now the chain does not even work. It squeaks loud like a barking seal--not all the the time, but intermittently so you cannot sleep. Also, the light in the master shower does not work. Both toilet paper holders in the front 2 bathrooms are broken and off the wall. The toaster is broken and only toasts on one side--and it wasn't set on bagel option either. We asked the to fix these things as soon as we arrived and said they could do it while we were staying there. After 2 days I called again, and they said they had put a work order in. After we left 10 days later, nothing had been fixed. Also, there are only 5 teaspoons in the whole kitchen. And also only 3 short drinking glasses. This is woefully under stocked for a condo which is to sleep 10 people. The sofa pitgroup is in very poor condition. It is made for extra tall people and not comfortable to sit in for average height people. The leather of the two small sofas is dry and cracked and unappealing in a condo which is supposed to be high quality. We do not plan to return, as they simply are not interested in maintaining the property.
