The bedding arrangements are King, Queen, and Twin bunk beds. Plus, there's room for an inflatable bed provided by guests, in the master suite. This unit will sleep 6 in beds, and two more on an inflatable bed brought by guests, for a total of eight potential guests. The huge open floor plan features a kitchen fully equipped and ready to prepare all or some of your meals, seated dining for 10. The wet bar has its own ice machine and the spacious balcony spans the entire length of the unit and displays incredible water and island views. Within a 1-mile radius you may choose from parasailing, surfing, boat rentals, kayaking, both inshore and offshore charter fishing, jet-ski rentals, and biking. Also in the immediate area are dozens of restaurants, clothing stores, grocery stores, and themed clubs. If you’re part of the crowd that enjoys an adult beverage and people watching, then you’ll enjoy that you are only 1.5 miles west of the world famous FloraBama Lounge…home of the Annual Music Fest and the Annual Mullet Toss. Or if you prefer, you’ll never have to get in your vehicle and still find plenty to do within walking distance of Caribe. Right next door is Cobalt, one of the most popular restaurants in the area…featuring a huge 20,000 square foot patio with outdoor dining, tiki bar, and views second to none. This 23 acre beautifully manicured and well planned property is like nothing else on the island of Orange Beach. Numerous HUGE outdoor pools, water slides, lazy river, putting greens, basketball and tennis courts, Bocce Ball, indoor pools and spas, exercise facility, and of course the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico and Bayou St. John. The sugar white Gulf beaches are directly across the street from Caribe and well within walking distance…or, you may wish to ride the fun and colorful electric shuttles that run all day to and from the beach and the Pass. CANCELLATION: If you cancel 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, rental funds will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee. If you paid by credit or debit card, those processing fees are non-refundable. If cancellation is received less than 30-days prior to arrival date, you will forfeit all monies paid-in. No refunds will be given for early departures, unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent, less credit card fees. TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and select the plan best suited for you.
