Caribbean Breezes - This charming and beautiful vacation home sits beachfront and overlooks the emerald hued gulf in the gated residential community of Caribe. Although it is in the heart of everything Destin’s Miramar Beach has to offer including fine dining restaurants, world class shopping and family fun this home provides the warm ambiance of the islands. Architecturally designed to resemble a nostalgic British Colonial styled residence in the tropics, this gracious vacation rental comes complete with modern interior amenities. The spaciousness of this 3,200 square foot four bedroom home is accentuated by the tiled open living area on the main upstairs level that has a honey toned hardwood ceiling that soars above. Multiple comfortable couches and chairs face a flat screen TV on a wall of built-in custom cabinetry and are colored in soft cheerful tasteful tones. Beautiful decorative objects and original art adorn the entire home from room to room. A glass topped dining table with six colorful plaid chairs sits under a vintage chandelier next to a sunny window that provides glistening views of the gulf. Nearby is the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a sleek black granite topped Breakfast Bar with additional seating. A cozy adjacent office with a built-in desk and shelving leads into the Master Bedroom Suite that has comfy king sized bed and its own private bathroom. A Guest Bedroom on this same level has a queen sized bed and direct access to another bathroom. Just off the beach there is a wonderful covered porch to enjoy the breezes and sounds of the surf that extends across the entire width of the house. This leads down to an open sundeck with your own private pool with upfront views of the gorgeous gulf. The lushly landscaped world of Caribe itself offers two additional community pools and a tennis court for use but you may find it hard to leave your own private poolside beach. The first floor level of this home includes two more Guest Suites, each of which has its own private bathroom. One suite is regally decorated with sky blue walls and has a big king sized bed. The other is perfect for the kids since it has two twin sized beds that adjoin a columned game room with a Foosball Table for fun. The location of Caribbean Breezes places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants like The Whale's Tail, Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's and The Crab Trap along Scenic Gulf Drive. Golf and tennis can be played at nearby Seascape Resort where Ocean Reef guests receive special discounts. Silver Sands the nation's largest Discount Designer Outlet is also very close by where you can get designer goods at fabulous prices. Fine restaurants, a state of the art multiplex theater with stadium seating, galleries and upscale boutiques are also just minutes away on Grand Boulevard at nearby Sandestin. The New Orleans inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf is also located there for lots of family fun since fireworks, festivals and free musical concerts occur throughout the season. Here at Caribbean Breezes you will find yourself happily luxuriating in your own private tropical dream home on the beach and yet still be close to many delightful diversions in Destin and Miramar Beach.
