Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, the house is conveniently located close to endless activities for the whole family. Walk to the Alligator Farm, stroll over to the St Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, bike to the historic St. Augustine downtown area or take a short ride to Anastasia State Park where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, see nesting turtles, or go kayaking in the estuary and watch the sea turtles and dolphins swim by.
Or, stay-in and relax in the spacious backyard, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy a meal on the back deck, while catching the game on the outdoor TV. Build wonderful memories while relaxing in the sunshine. We look forward to making your stay an unforgettable experience!!
This newly renovated modern style home is in a great neighborhood called Davis Shores, just across the bridge on the island. Close to beaches and walking distance to so much more. A 20 minute walk brings you to the Bridge of Lions. Stroll across and you will find yourself in Historic downtown St Augustine! Only a 10 minute walk to the Lighthouse , and just a couple blocks to the Alligator Farm. There is a plethora of shops and restaurants along the main road along with galleries and coffee shops. This is a well sought after location. Bring the bicycles and bike into the State Park Beach. The drive by car is about two minutes. Stop in the Surf Shop and book a surfing lesson! So much to do you will never be bored.
This impeccable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house will make you feel right at home. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway, romantic escape, or weekend with friends. We have recently added an amenity not found in many rental homes: an original-line Nespresso machine. If you wish to use it, please bring your own capsules. We do not keep any at the house.
