Room 1 is a Nautical inspired paradise on the 2nd level with amazing views of the property with 1 King size memory foam mattress bed, a bistro set for dining, a desk for work & walk-in closet. This room does have a shared bathroom. Locks on both sides for privacy. All rooms have their own digital locks.

Opal Oaks is a fully privately-gated estate that sits on 5 beautiful acres in prestigious south Lakeland next to other beautiful luxury homes. Once home to a local family, it has now been renovated into a rare VRBO experience, more like an unstaffed boutique hotel. Some of the themed bedrooms will have their own private bathroom & others will have a shared bath/shower (read each listing). However, there are 2 common area bathrooms on the first floor that all guests may have access to. One is between the Lounge & the Kitchen. The other is at the Pool.
All of the bedrooms will have access to the resort style pool, the lounge & billiards room. Each room is also equipped with its own cooler for your use at the pool (no glass!) to keep your beverages cold, a white noise machine, hamper, mini fridge, luggage rack, a small room fan & heater if needed, iron & a Smart TV where you can log into your favorite streaming networks.
We live right down the street we pop in often to clean & use the shared spaces ourselves & can be available whenever needed.
It is important to note that all of the bedrooms at this property are on 2nd & 3rd level floors with stairs-only access. Smoking & vaping is only permitted on the first floor patio where the ashtrays are placed. Alcohol is permitted but no glass on the patio. Coolers are provided to each room to transport your canned or aluminum beverages to & from the pool. Ice can be found in the kitchen freezer but is limited so please use sparingly to leave enough for other guests. Guests may use the fridge but we strongly encourage all food be labeled with Name AND room number. Due to the house being shared by multiple guests, we do have a strict Quiet Time of 10pm out of respect for others.
The AC temps are set to 74 degrees & locked. Each room is provided with a fan & heater. The house is on Septic & Well water. Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
