Located in Seabrook’s North Mill District, Captain’s Quarters is adjacent to a conservation belt and across from Lily Walk Park. With forest views, this home is perfect for rest and relaxation, but it’s only a short walk/pedal away from the beach, and fine Seabrook shops and restaurants. Built for day-to-day living, Captain’s Quarters has a spacious appeal with a cozy seaside décor that invites travel weary humans and canines alike to unwind. Captain’s Quarters is also a perfect port-of- call for weekend/weekday adventurers to explore the surrounding old growth forests, rocky creeks, and beautiful Pacific Northwest beaches. Enter Captain's Quarters through a large mudroom with powder room. The first deck offers a well-appointed kitchen and dining area that opens to an airy living room. Relax in the glass-enclosed, heated sunroom with serene forest views, or delight in the sea breezes on the covered front porch or outdoor deck. There are also two separate, fenced yards for people and family pets to enjoy. The second deck showcases two large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. The master suite faces the forest, providing a full bath en suite and a king-sized bed. Marvel at the stars in the night sky as you drift off to sleep peering over the top-down bottom-up cellular window shades found throughout Captain’s Quarters. The second bedroom also offers a full bath en suite with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Copious closet space will accommodate longer stays with plenty of room for each guest. For indoor entertainment, enjoy a wide screen television in the living room, as well as, both bedrooms. Cable and Wi-Fi are available throughout the home. A Blu-ray DVD player is available downstairs along with a variety of Blu-ray DVDs. At the top of the stairs, there is a closet of games and puzzles for family fun, and an assortment of books in each bedroom. Captain’s Quarters is home. To minimize disruption for our guests we have set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
