Located in Andersonville, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Norris Lake and Norris Dam State Park, while Museum of Appalachia and Appalachian Arts Craft Center are cultural highlights. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching. 4 bedrooms/3 baths

Near Anderson County Park and Stardust Marina.
The lakefront homeward recently renovated and new steps to dock added. It is located a few lots from Anderson County Park. The park has a beach area and public boat ramp. You can see Stardust Marina from our dock with Sequoyah Marina just on the other side of our peninsula.
1st Floor includes: Large Living Room with 65” TV, Dining Area, spacious Kitchen, Master King Suite, Guest Full Bath, Laundry Room and Sunroom across the back of the house overlooking Norris Lake and Chuck Swan Wildlife Management Area.
The first floor Master King Suite has a generously sized master bathroom with custom tile shower, large vanity and closet. Wake up to great views of the lake through the patio door just beyond the master king bed.
Loft has (1) double boat bed, (2) twin boat beds, (2) twin trundle beds under the boat beds and tv area with new memory foam queen sleeper sofa. There is a 50” TV to bring your own gaming stations to play. Great area for kids to relax and enjoy their stay.
Lower level has a Guest King Bedroom, Full Bath, Family Room with a queen size sleeper sofa and 55” TV plus a twin bunk bed room. There is also a large sunroom off this level as well. There are views of the lake from every room.

Outdoor Living:
Spacious deck overlooking the lake with a huge grill. There are two seating areas on the deck to enjoy dinner overlooking the lake and Chuck Swan Wildlife Area, nature preserve.
There is a sunroom off the first floor and lower level that spans the entire back of the house. There is a narrow front porch for some time away from the larger gatherings.

Access to the Lake:
We are located on deep, year-round water. The dock has mooring for 2 guest boats on the sides of the dock. The covered slip has our 24’ rental tritoon boat for convenience of guests’ that elect to rent our pontoon, pending availability. Please contact the owner if you would like to rent the pontoon boat.
The table and chairs on the dock provide a great place to relax and enjoy the afternoon on the lake. There is a ladder from the lake to access the dock after a swim.
There is a large walking path to the lake that is approximately 10+% grade. There will be less than 9 steps at summer lake level or approximately 30 steps in lieu of the walking path. There are additional steps to access when the lake is not at summer pool.
The remodeled full bath, on the first floor, serves the Loft Guests. It includes a new enamel coated metal tub and large tile surround, bead board vanity and dual flush toilet.
Need a boat? We have a tritoon (pontoon) available for our guests to rent as an add on to their stay, after late June 2021. All arrangements to rent the boat must be made at least two weeks in advance of arrival date and paid in full. Also, Stardust, Sequoyah, and Waterside Marinas rents boats. Captain’s Lookout is centrally located to visit marinas & restaurants at both ends of the lake.
Boating, fishing, and the marina can be accessed in just a couple minutes. Stardust Marina offers full service marina with great food, live entertainment, boat slip rentals, and boat rentals. Be sure to check out Seafood Fri’s and live music on Sat nights in season.
Looking for another type of adventure? The Appalachian Museum and historical Norris antique shopping are minutes away. Or consider Oak Ridge Museum of Science and Energy are also minutes away. About a 30 minute drive you can visit Knoxville and all that it has to offer. Big Ridge State Park and Norris Dam State Park are about 20 minutes from the condo. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood are approximately 1.5 hours. Fall foliage is breathtaking from this home.
Christmas is a wonderful time to gather and enjoy friend and family in this spacious home. The home is decorated for Christmas mid-November through early January. Contact the Owner for details.
The home is conveniently located approximately 15-20 minutes from I-75 exit 122. Groceries, shopping, restaurants and fuel are available at Clinton exit 122. Knoxville is approximately 30 minutes drive. Pigeon Forge is about 75 minutes drive. Southern Ohio is approximately 4 hours away.

We have a 2 bedroom Cottage Home, for Owner’s occasional use, above the detached large garage. This is not part of this listing or any rental agreement. There is a separate driveway and entry from the street to this home to preserve the privacy of our guests.
Furnishings may change from time to time. Property fee is for us to provide damage protection up to $3,000 for up to 30 day stay.
