Summary: Kitchen was dirty and oven was in disgusting condition. In the morning I leave the room, properties Manager called me complain why not remove the rubbish in thre bin. I don’t see why as hotel.com guest need to clean up the room before leaving. Hot water systems was not stable as well, Middle of May was winter at Victoria, hot water for shower are expected. Overall experiences was poor.
