This 2-bedroom, 2 bath top floor condo at The Caprice has stunning views for miles! Conveniently located, this south corner condo in St. Pete Beach is near all restaurants, shopping and activities that the beach always has to offer! You'll love the tasteful décor and freshly updated furnishings. The entire unit has gorgeous new flooring throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer onsite for use, private balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico to watch all of our famous sunsets….All of this sitting on miles of white beach to explore! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking property except in designated areas on grounds.
The Caprice features free WiFi, assigned free parking, a sparkling pool (heated in the winter) with a beautiful sundeck, a nice BBQ area and Shuffle Board. Beach volley ball courts are also available right next to the Caprice Resort.
